Raul Manga, new Business Development Manager for Litoclean Mexico.

Litoclean Mexico has appointed chemical engineer Raul Manga as the company’s Business Development Manager. The graduate in Project Safety Management has been part of the Litoclean team since 2020, when he joined to coordinate the design, development and implementation project of the Industrial, Process, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety Management System for Petroperu’s new Talara refinery. Subsequently, he was responsible for Industrial and Process Safety at Litoclean Peru.

The new manager explains that his main objectives are to put his professional background and knowledge at the disposal of the company, to grow in the Mexican market by strengthening Litoclean Mexico’s relationship with its main customers, as well as to enter new markets such as mining and new energies.

Mexico’s political and economic environment is very challenging and creates a context that enhances the resilient and innovative side of our company,” Manga says. He also admits that applying his technical expertise to business management is a personal and professional challenge, a challenge that will allow him to deploy his extensive knowledge and capabilities, as well as to put his soft skills and technical abilities to the test. To do so, he considers it essential to know the Mexican environment, its legislation, the clients the organization has worked with in the past and to look for new business opportunities to continue growing.

Manga previously worked in the area of quality and process control in the food and fishing industries, as HSE supervisor for Pluspetrol at the Malvinas gas plant and as HSE manager for Repsol’s operations in Lot 57 in the Peruvian jungle.
