Teamwork coordinated by Xavier Garcia, the head of the area, which has also included Team Building sessions and even a cultural agenda around the city of Barcelona. For Roberto Granda, risk analyst who has participated in these dynamics: “These activities encourage to continue growing professionally in the company and reinforce the feeling of belonging to the group and the team”.
