LITOCLEAN offers a briefing session to Galician gas station owners

The objective of the talk was to resolve doubts and guide those affected in the process to be followed.

Service stations in Galicia have been subject to environmental inspections by the Xunta in recent times. These investigations have detected cases with a level of risk that must be remedied and this has created confusion in the owners of gas stations. That is why LITOCLEAN, executor of many of these investigations, has wanted to inform and train those affected about the decontamination processes to which their stations can be subjected.

This session, held in Santiago de Compostela last June, was led by Marta González, LITOCLEAN’s North Zone Manager, Marçal Bosch, the company’s Manager, and Javier Cortón, Director of Remediation, and was attended by more than 50 representatives from service stations in the four Galician provinces.

During the talk, the LITOCLEAN team explained to the attendees the different remediation techniques that exist and in which cases they can be applied, as well as the time frames in which the projects are executed and the approximate cost they may have. The objective was to provide those affected with all the necessary information to carry out the remediations, if requested by the administration, and to answer their concerns.

LITOCLEAN’s professionals consider this type of informative sessions to be very positive, as they serve to clear up doubts and help service station owners when starting the process.
