The Business Development Committee and the Innovation Committee of the Tema Litoclean Group have held the first meetings to define the Group’s Strategic Plan.
To this end, the heads of the Latin American subsidiaries, Juan Chaw, from Peru, and Raúl Manga, from Mexico, traveled to the headquarters in Barcelona (Spain) where they met with the different work teams.
In these meetings, experiences and learning were exchanged and needs and initiatives of the different centers and working groups were shared. Juan Chaw and Raúl Manga were also able to visit the innovation center that Grupo Tema Litoclean has in Rubí.
The Business Development and Innovation Committees have recently been created with the aim of promoting cooperation between the company’s different sites and outlining transversal strategies to maximize synergies between subsidiaries and markets. Based on the conclusions drawn by the committees, the Tema Litoclean Group’s Strategic Plan will be drawn up, which will be global and unified, while taking into account the particularities of each area.
The commissions are headed by Albert Tasias Francí, current director of Tema and Litoclean LATAM, who will be in charge of creating mechanisms to promote and guide service innovation, define strategic priorities and develop new actions and lines of business.
