On World Soil Day, LITOCLEAN claims innovation in decontamination works.
As every December 5, LITOCLEAN wants to take advantage of the commemoration of World Soil Day to highlight the importance of conserving this precious resource.
The company’s R&D department stresses the value of investing in innovative remediation techniques that reduce pollutants in a sustainable manner.
LITOCLEAN currently has 11 active pilot tests, some in the laboratory phase and others already applied in the field, ranging from aerobic and anaerobic bioremediation to steam thermal treatments. To carry them out, more than 300 soil, water and gas samples have been analyzed and interpreted.
All of this represents an investment of approximately 65,000 euros with the objective of achieving advances in techniques to recover soil quality and, at the same time, reduce environmental and economic costs.
