The company boosts internal talent through the working groups of the international body
Litoclean’s association to the IAP (Industry Affiliates Program) of the ITRC (Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council) dates back to 2019, four years in which the consultancy has participated in various working groups that have allowed it to acquire novel knowledge in soil and groundwater that have been incorporated into the company’s research and remediation projects. In addition, being part of these teams, from which methodological guides and other resources for worldwide consultation and reference have emerged, has boosted the generation of a network of contacts with experts in different fields.
Litoclean has also joined the first edition of the Early Career Program organized by ITRC, a personalized mentoring program that seeks, among other objectives, to generate an environment of professional growth in a context of support and accompaniment for new recruits.
