The Litoclean Peru team is working on a soil remediation project in the Amazon region of Ecuador.
The remediation project of the areas affected by diesel in the Ecuadorian Oriente has completed the field work to determine the extent and depth of the damage found at the site, defining the areas to be investigated and the components to be sampled.
The characterization of the site will allow obtaining an environmental diagnosis on the state of the evaluated matrices, in order to be able to prepare the Remediation Project.
The Litoclean Peru team has been able to contribute its extensive experience working on similar projects in Amazonian environments, such as the Peruvian jungle, which require very specific planning and logistics.
Also important is the knowledge of Ecuadorian legislation, which allows all the documentation to be submitted to the administration to comply with the regulations, as well as for the comparison of analytical results in the different matrices.
The results obtained from this first phase will be the basis for developing the soil remediation project in the affected area.
