The presentation of this digital platform was attended by Marta Gonz\u00e1lez, Project Manager of LITOCLEAN, who says that <strong>&#8220;it will simplify, streamline and improve environmental processing in the Basque territory&#8221;.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>INGURUNET<\/strong> will be the tool through which all procedures related to the declaration of soil quality and associated groundwater will be processed, following the guidelines of Law 39\/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations which, in its Article 14 establishes the right and obligation to relate electronically with public administrations.<\/p>\n\n<p>The <strong>INGURUNET<\/strong> platform has been up and running since January 24 and affects all new environmental proceedings initiated since that date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LITOCLEAN was present at the presentation of the new digital platform.
