{"id":10521,"date":"2023-05-25T09:31:32","date_gmt":"2023-05-25T07:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/litoclean.com\/blog\/litoclean-inaugurates-its-new-innovation-center\/"},"modified":"2024-10-04T09:12:07","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T07:12:07","slug":"litoclean-inaugurates-its-new-innovation-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.litoclean.com\/en\/blog\/litoclean-inaugurates-its-new-innovation-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Litoclean inaugurates its new Innovation Center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:25px\">A space dedicated to the research of more sustainable remediation techniques.<\/h2>\n\n<p>Litoclean has inaugurated its new <strong>Innovation Center located in Rub\u00ed (Barcelona)<\/strong>, a space for <strong>research and development of new and more sustainable remediation methodologies<\/strong>.\nThe event was attended by Rafael G\u00fceto, councilor of the Business Services Office of the City Council of Rub\u00ed; Olga Gonz\u00e1lez, head of the Department of Industry, Commerce and Employment of Rub\u00ed; Mar Le\u00f3n, manager of the Catalan Water Agency, and Isaac Peraire, director of the Waste Agency of Catalonia, as well as Litoclean&#8217;s management and the people responsible for Litoclean. <\/p>\n\n<p>The center is divided into three areas: a <strong>logistics<\/strong> area, where the equipment is maintained, checked and verified; the <strong>treatment equipment development<\/strong> area, where the design and construction of the modules incorporating the latest technology and innovative improvements tested by the R&amp;D&amp;I team is carried out; and the <strong>laboratory<\/strong>, in charge of carrying out the treatability tests and the study of new remediation methods that are then applied in the field.<\/p>\n\n<p>Soil and water remediation has evolved in recent years towards techniques that have less impact on the environment, but there is still some way to go. <strong>Litoclean has always been at the forefront<\/strong> of this trend through its participation in international pilot research projects and has been a pioneer in the application of environmentally friendly methods in its services.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The Innovation Center is the materialization of a corporate culture based on continuous improvement and a <strong>commitment to research and sustainability.<\/strong> Litoclean&#8217;s Research, Development and Innovation department carries out around twenty projects a year in which the most appropriate techniques for each site are studied through laboratory and field tests.\nOptimized treatment equipment is also built, adapted to the needs of each service and always with the objective of efficiency and sustainability.\nIn addition to specific projects, the R&amp;D&amp;I area is continuously working on the study of new methods and techniques that allow to carry out greener remediations that contribute to the Sustainable Development of the planet.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A space dedicated to the research of more sustainable remediation techniques.
